RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind about your order we have a 48 hour window after the order is placed where you can cancel your order, we will need written or verbal communication from yourself ‘customer’ within this time period in order to cancel. After the 48 hour window, you will be subject to a 30% (of your order value) restocking fee. Each bed is considered a bespoke, made to order item, and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once delivered you will not be able to return your order. It is your responsibility to check dimensions and fitment, we will not accept returns on orders that do not fit. All products listed will have a measurements guide, If the product doesn't fit, we will not accept returns. You should contact us if any information isn't listed.

Mattresses are delivered in a sealed bag, once the seal is broken you are no longer able to return your mattress. In extreme circumstances, if you are not happy with your order and wish to return, it may be possible at mangers discretion to exchange to the value, providing it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. This will incur a handling fee of £150 to cover costs. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the bed, at their own cost. This clause does not apply to mattresses.

FAULTY GOODS

It is you, the customers duty to carefully examine the goods upon delivery for shortages or defects before signing the delivery note. Siesta Living LTD cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left. You are requested to inspect all items on the day of delivery thoroughly to ensure there are no issues. In the event of an issue, you will be required to show & note this to the delivery team as well as note this on the delivery form.

 

Any problems will need to be reported to us within 24 hours & we may ask for pictures. Beyond this point Siesta Living LTD will not be liable for any damages. Such notification shall be made in writing and must be received by the company within 24 hours, commencing with the date of delivery.

 

​You must provide us with photographic evidence of any defect or damaged goods within 24 hours. We cannot be held liable for any claims of damaged items after this period. Once notified we will be in touch to discuss a solution. Refusal to sign the delivery note will exempt you from any of our policies and siesta living ltd will not be held liable for any issues or damage reported.
