Yes. Please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements. If you have already placed your order then please get in touch as soon as possible as changes to orders need to be requested before your bed is manufactured, otherwise we may have to charge a fee.

We are able to keep hold of your bed for as long as you need. Please leave a not in the comments secition on checkout so we can get this arranged for you. Please note we do need at least 2 weeks notice prior to your preferred delivery date. We can’t guarantee we will be able to deliver on the specified date however we will do our best to accommodate you!

At the moment we do not have a showroom available and operate as a online bedding manufacturer. This keeps our overheads low which means our prices also stay low!

Our standard delivery option is a door step drop off. This means we are not entitled to enter the property and bring the bed in. The bed would be dropped off at the communal door. We would highly reccomend you have assistance while taking the products in to avoid damage to your property or the bed. None of our products should be dragged or pulled on the ground, as this can cause damage to the products. We can not be held responsible for this damage.

Our bed frames are disassembled and arrive in peices - Headboard, Footboard, left & right sides. Our divans and premum ottomans arrive as enclosed bases. These items are heavier & bulkier and will required to be lifted by a minimum of 2 people.
